Useful screen-split / move tabs between views

Dear author.

Would you be so kind and in future release implement functionality to edit different documents in separate views (not MDI windows)?

I think people expecting functionality like this:
+ split workspace on two views with independent tabs.
+ move or copy tabs between views.
+ "rotate" views divider to place it vertically or horizontally.

NotePad++ has this feature.
Visual Studio Code has this feature.
Many other editors has this feature.
