SaveFile UTF-8 as Eastern Europea(1250)

I have an open UTF-8 file
I would like to save it for 1 click (Eastern Europea-1250)

I found only:
"TEST" Call("SaveFile::SaveNoBOM") Icon("")

It does not work:
"TEST" Call("SaveFile::Eastern Europea") Icon("")
"TEST" Call("SaveFile::1250") Icon("")

How should it be correct?

Conversion of UTF to ANSI

I have an open UTF-8 file
I would like to change this file when editing to ANSI(1250)

I found only Reopen
"Reopen file as ANSI" Command(4122) Icon(0)

The word: żółć turns into: żółć

"Save as" Command(4106, 1)
Or SAVECODEPAGES in menu (default hotkey F12).

A little bit simpler in test version (x86 / x64):
"Save as ANSI CP-1250" SaveFile("", 1250)

It's all for save.
I only want to exchange during editing
UTF-8 on ANSI by clicking on the icon.
