AkelPad.dll - how to use?

Hi Instructor

Using Library-Build-Eng.cmd you can compile AkelPad to library AkelPad.dll.
How to use this library in other program?
Can you give an example in C language.

I already found. It is in sources directory: LibraryTest\LibraryTest.c.
I had not noticed before.
