Please find AkelPad_r4415.zip plus Scripts_18_8.zip.
You need the updated 64-bit Scripts plugin.

Hello, could someone explain why there are no final releases anymore since 2016 even though AkelPad is still being developed?
I have been hoping for years that there would be an official 4.9.9 release with a changelog?

Also, the main reason I was hoping for a release was because scroll speed (touch pad with two fingers scrolling) is too fast on my computer. I have seen that Instructor has made some adjustments there - slowing it down. I wanted to add that if possible, it might be great if there were a setting to adjust scroll speed (very slow - slow - medium - fast - very fast) because it really depends on screen size / touchpad / screen refresh rate (60/90/120 Hz) / font size. (Provided the new change to scroll speed actually pertains to scrolling with the touchbar).

As Instructor wrote (I asked him the same question), it's not the time to release a new version yet.
Well, that's why I've built the binaries from the latest source files
