Tab font size

Would it be possible to add a setting to increase the font size for tabs?

I'm using AkelPad on a QHD monitor and the tab bar is really tiny.

Thanks KDJ for the scripts.

Is it possible to add some padding to the tab as well? Even with the font size increase, there isn't any space on the top and bottom.

The updated script works. However, I found a minor bug, when you minimize AkelPad and maximize it, the tab bar gets truncated in half.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
