I am new akelpad fans and I am going to write a cliptext plugin. I don't know mush about vc and how akelpad plugin work. So I think i can study by read those plugins source code.

My question is where i can find those plugin source code. Are they open source?

Or If there is a cliptext plugin already, where can I find it?

the zip files there contain source. You can start with AkelDLL Simple plugin-example.
And what do you mean by cliptext? Multi-clipboard? You may look at the CaptureClipboard plugin, it is something similar.
