req: Compiler integration plugin

AkelPad is great for text / source code processing, but it misses one important plugin for programmers: compiler integration
I can help building that but since my primary skill is Object Pascal, I need to have the latest header translated (the last Delphi header I found on this site is of version 1.2.0.0 while the latest one is 1.4.0.5).
