Added: 64-bit program version.

Fixed: file didn't open with modal dialog actived.
Fixed: AkelPad.ini overwritten when there were no changes in settings.

I think it's a bug in script SearchReplace.js.
Line 1428:
lpStp=AkelPad.MemAlloc(_X64?20:32)
Probably should be inversely:
(_X64?32:20)
