Conversion to UTF-32 is not working properly.
I did convert the ANSI file to UTF-32.
For comparison I used two programs: AkelPad and EditPadLite.

But when opening the file in UTF-32 without BOM is the message: "C:\TXT\Test_UTF32LE_noBOM.txt is a binary file. Continue?"

With the next
test version you will not get binary message if codepage remembered by program, but the message will appear if file not in recent files list, because UTF32LE, UTF32BE without BOM autodetection isn't supported.

Everything cleared. And still the file is the same.
AkelPad.exe: size 306688 B, date 21-06-2010, time 15:26:34.

Uploaded file has 156749 bytes in size. Try later - provider can give you file from cache.
