No, I am not talking about AkelPad's settings. I am talking about actual files whose extension is .reg.
A .reg files whose fist line is as follows has to be encoded in UTF-16.
Now, open a .reg file of this kind with AkelPad (v4.3.5) and save it without changing encoding. RegEdit.exe can no longer import this .reg file. What does AkelPad do to .reg files?
