1. create new file
2. save in C:\Program Files\AkelPad
3. try to find files using windows explorer
not present

but
present using Akelpad

files cannot be created in the
C:\Program Files\
folder

but
somehow Akelpad overrides the admin privileges.

Suppose AkelPad.exe is running under adminitrator privilege.

text file shows up in
C:\Program Files
