Hello,
I have translated resource file for AkelPad 4 to slovak.
Here is the resource file and here is binary language module

oh I have just noticed AkelPad 4.0 is going stable. Can you please include this translation while packaging?

The only bit I haven't got translated properly is the HeadlinePopup. How do I display this please?
File->Page setup...->Enable Top and Bottom headlines->Click arrow.
Can you please include this translation while packaging?
