How do I load plugins?

I can't find any instructions on how to load plugins. The plugins do not show up in the plugin options. I have tried putting the plugins in the same directory as AnkelPad and in a Plugs subdirectory. Nothing works

1. Put plugin (contents of the "Plugs\*.*", including DLL file) into the "{AkelPad}\AkelFiles\Plugs".
2. Open dialog: "Options -> Plug-ins...".
3. Select function in list.
4. Press "Call".

Was missing AkelFiles. That worked! Thanks.
