Unclear dates for Donwload on plugins website

Hi,
I'm new here; nice and very fast editor!
On page https://akelpad.sourceforge.net/en/plugins.php , the dates next to "Download" are inconsistent and thus unclear.
For PlugsPack, it appears that month is in the middle; the format does not match the one for the rest of Downloads, where it appears the format is month-day-year.
And my personal question: for PlugsPack, is 17.09.23 for year 2023 or 2017 ?
