I not see how work in windows 10 "Auto switch keyboard layout".

I didn't quite understand your problem. But if you want to solve the problem, then I have
helpful resources for you. It helped me at the time.

I have been able to make it work "Remember keyboard layout of each tab (MDI)", but not "Auto switch keyboard layout".
When enabled, AkelPad automatically switches the keyboard layout according to the text under the caret (character immediately to the left of the caret, or immediately to the right if the left character not meaningful).
