How do I move my settings and hotkeys to another computer. Where are the settings stored? Is there any export/import settings function?

Where are the settings stored?

1. Registry "HKCU\Software\Akelsoft\AkelPad\" or INI files.

2. [Options] --> [Settings...] --> [Registry] --> [Save settings] --> INI file
Restart Akelpad
Copy files:
\AkelPad.ini
\AkelFiles\Plugs\Hotkeys.ini
(and other files \AkelFiles\Plugs\*.INI)

3. If settings stored in INI you can just copy the whole Akelpad DIR

2. [Options] --> [Settings...] --> [Registry] --> [Save settings] --> INI file

When I try that Akelpad says:

Cannot open file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Akelpad\Akelpad.ini"
