Autocomplete functions from externals

I wonder if possible make in some way autocompletion of programming functions but from external libs.
by example I want make this same from an FreeBASIC editor in AkelPad
the first line is commented at begin, so aren't available external functions (from tilengine.bi), then i remove the comment to include the tilengine.bi functions
