a bug?

when i open some utf-16 txt files
it tell me that "the file is a binary file,continue?",then i click yes,it is mess-up
for example in my computer it display the codepage is 936 (ansi/oem -简体中文 GBK)

but you can redetect,and it can display correctly
the NotePad can differentiate the codepage

you can establish a utf-16 txt file by notepad ,then you can see the error

thanks,the bug had be fixed
other two bugs:
1.there is another bug about the highlight plugin,
when the font is "宋体" and other chinese fonts,there is shadow over the characters.
2.when you turn on "wrap words" ,if the line is too long to display,when you type space before the line,the line will be displayed on an new line ?and the cursor don't follow the space
when the character is english the notepad have this problem
,but if the character is chinese or other east aisa characters,it display correctly !

1. This is EM_POSFROMCHAR RichEdit 3.0 bug. With RichEdit 2.0 is OK.
2. This is RichEdit behaviour (you can experiment with WordPad).
