Can I get plugins without using the installer?

I want to upgrade my AkelPad and get any new plugins. I don't want to use the installer. How can I get the plugins?

Here you can get archive w/o plugins (core Akelpad) http://akelpad.sourceforge.net/en/download.php
Here you get plugins pack http://akelpad.sourceforge.net/en/plugins.php

You can also use ...\AkelPad\AkelFiles\AkelUpdater.exe for update AkelPad, plugins and scripts without installer.
