Ctrl+8 selected text, as "Sentence case."

I would like to add this to the Toolbar.
What should be the command?

Left mouse click on non-special menu item with Ctrl key opens the
preferences dialog with the item code selected <- did not work

I already have: 4177

Ctrl+LeftMouseClick on Toolbar (NOT "on non-special menu"), then add

Code: Select all

Or you try "hybrid method" (ToolBar+ContextMenu) like this?
