What does the name Akel Pad mean?

One old theory: "akel" on Russian keyboard is "флуд" ("flood"), then FloodPad.
Maybe "flood" as "stream", not as "IRC/thread flooding".

I thought that AkelPad is derived from Alexey Kuznetzow initials.

Akel Pad name
