The selection to a darker red color.

I would like to .txt file to change the selection to a darker red color.
Format shows:
Plugins->Programming->Settings-> <Default>
I do not want to save the settings: HighLight_SelBkColor #FF0080
Changes in "" theme will be lost. Continue?
So I wrote as follows: Default2
How to connect Default2 .txt, ahk, srt file?
