Format:LineRemoveDuplicates can not be automatically loaded

There is no any problems.
This function(and much more others) processes content of currently opened document(or its selection).
Plugin function autoload is performed before ant document is loaded(neither empty, nor restored by session, nor one specified in command line). There is no "current document" yet. So function prevents itself form autoloading.
