No folder "AkelPad" in Windows 7 menu "Start&

I have installed AkelPad version 4.8.5 (x86) in Windows 7 Home Edition 32-bits in an administrator user 
.
The program installer did not propose the choice:
- AkelPad folder in Start menu for all users ?
- AkelPad folder in Start menu only for this user ?
So all other users have no folder "AkelPad" in the menu "Start"
.
How can I insert such a folder manually ?
