Some times akelpad shows messy code of chinese while other TXT apps show right, i've tried some versions of 4.x.x, no effect.
Untill i try the 3.7.4 it shows correctly.

i've already tried different font, and even just use akelpad.exe only to open it

it happens before, i thought that the txt file has problem, but after i correct them right and save it , then it still has some other places show incorrectly which show right the previous time .

Aha, TC755CCFCHN.EXE release? 
After test your file, Akelpad is OK.
My system is XP SP3, and my akelpad text-font is simsun.
You can try other fonts in Chinese. |

i have tried 4.4.0 - 4.4.2 and it shows wrong , i also tried simun font ,
even more , i use only akelpad.exe file to open it, no effect.
so notepad and others show right, why? because win7?

You have to open it with Microsoft Internet Explorer. |
