Changed: improved work with docking windows.

Added: insert date (Ctrl+D).
Added: possibility to read/save program settings from plugins using AKD_BEGINOPTIONS message.

Fixed: function of change letter case "Sentence case." were not processed "?" and "!" as the end of the sentence.
