Thanks for providing the DLL. Unfortunately the language file is unusable, the romanian diacritics are not displayed correctly in the software interface. It's my fault, I forgot to modify the text with the encoding.
But I tested the translation, added some corrections and now it is ready to be used in the software.
The new RC file (with the encoding specified) is here:

The romanian file has been updated for AkelPad 4.0.5. This time I have used the RO file from the CVS (address above). The new file is available at:
