Hi Surveyor:
I did all of your instructions and more, but no solution until now.
I removed that registry key, both as a limited user and as administrator. It didn't work.
I removed all of keys starting with "akel" I could find in the registry, but it didn't work at all.
Then I ended up removing all AkelPad's files and folders, then reinstalled from scratch, but... no luck.
Thank you anyway forkindly helping me.

Does dockable window appeared (CaptureClipboard window) when you call CaptureClipboard::Main? |

Yes it does. I'm able to activate the settings dialog for setting the separator, but it remains not pasting any text automatically.
One more interesting thing, maybe related to this problem, is that other registry-dependent settings don't take efect too. For example, when I set Akelpad to open and edit file types such as .txt, .bat, etc., those files remain associated with notepad, unless I set them manually by right-clicking on some file, choosing "open with...", and choosing AkelPad from the applications' list. |

Have no idea why you get 126 error on SetClipboardViewer call. SetClipboardViewer is a part of a User32.dll, but you have "The specified module could not be found" error. Something with Windows files. |

а можно ли сделать поддержку редактирования текста в самом плагине, хотя бы самую элементарную (вырезать, вставить, удалить и т.д)?
например, я использую плагин при копировании информации с веб-страницы и хочу что-то подправить в скопированном. в такой ситуации, мне приходиться копировать из плагина весь текст, вставлять в создаваемый файл, искать то место где отредактировать, его редактировать, затем закрывать и открывать плагин, чтобы очистить его содержимое. достаточно не удобно |
