Fixed: blinking window when used MinimizeToTray::Now on start-up.

Кажется в 1.1й версии баг. Если поставить на MinimizeToTray::Always птичку, то при последующем открытии Akelpad'a процесс в диспетчере задач появляется, а окна его нет.

It'll be good if the minimized-to-tray-program restores when opening it (when the "Don't open a program twice" option is turned on).
