If you're browsing in a different window, or in a different AkelPad tab, then when AutoSave kicks in, you'll be automatically switched to the just-saved tab.

To test this, turn on autosave every 2 minutes, open a saved file, make a change to it without saving, and then go do something else. When the time is up, the changed file will grab focus.
