Let's me describe it first.

Search word 'A', replace with word 'B'.
Next time if I selected word 'A' from history, the 'with' word blank would be filled with word 'B' automatically.

Is it possible for AkelPad? If it is possible how can I enable it?

Probably SearchReplace.js templates is what you need.
