hello,
thanks for your demonstration. it is really helpful. i'm just learning hot keys in akelpad, and i didn't know about the functionality of the "alt" key.
But if i select a "block area" with the alt key pressed, it not allows me to write the text on all colums of that block... it allows me to write text only on the first line of the area...
I don't know if i explained that right...
and just for curiosity: can you tell me please, the software u used to capture that demostration?

Look in the User Manual, and find the page for Columnar Paste (search for paste, or use link from Edit/Paste).
