make find/replace in strips

The current find and replace features are in dialogs. They kind of block the editor. Please add an option to make them strips(like the qsearch plugin) rather than dialog so they won't interfere with the editor. Or maybe the developer of the qsearch plugin might want to extend it so that it can work as find/replace with incremental search.
