AkelPad not disable integration with txt properly

If you use "File types" and check as enable the option "Open (txt,etc)" this works, ok, then now if you uncheck this same option this works, ok fine, but now if you check again this option and delete "txt" from it, the txt still opening with AkelPad.
you MUST delete the registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\txtfile
at least i have this little problem on Windows XP.
