administrator mode

1.) When I'm running the AkelPad as an admin, there's nothing in the window title that indicates it. Is there a way for an indicator (a word like "Administrator") to be displayed? If currently there's none, then I'm making this a request.

2.) When modifying settings through the UI and I'm not in admin mode, there's a message that says "Cannot open file C:\Program Files\AkelPad\AkelPad.ini". The issue is this message only appears after/when I close AkelPad and it isn't even on top (exception is for colors settings). How about displaying a message that indicates that I need to be in admin mode to make those modifications and make this message appear on top after or when I do the modifications on settings, not after/when closing AkelPad.

I'm using Windows 7 x64 Home Premium, x64 AkelPad.

1. You can request this to KDJ for AkelPadTitle.js new parameter.
2. Better move AkelPad folder to a non-system directory, for example, "C:\AkelPad\".
