Added: command line parameters:
/reassoc reinstall assigned earlier associations of file types;
/deassoc uninstall assigned earlier associations of file types;
/quit stop parsing command line parameters and close program.
Added: program installation reinstall assigned earlier associations of file types, program deinstallation uninstall assigned earlier associations of file types.
Fixed: AKD_DLLUNLOAD message.
