If "Запустить в отдельном окне" is turn on:
1. Parent window for the script window is Windows desktop.
2. On Windows taskbar, you will see an additional item.
3. You can switch between windows using Alt+Tab.

If "Запустить в отдельном окне" is turn off:
1. Parent window for the script window is AkelPad window.
2. On Windows taskbar, you can not see the script.
3. You can switch between windows using F6.
4. If the script window is maximized, you can not switch to AkelPad window.

Понятно, спасибо. Я почему-то ожидал,что окно встраивается в Akelpad
