Version 0.7.0.9 x32/x64

* HeaderInfo: поддержка режима (P)MDI
* HeaderInfo: показывает только свойства AkelPad, если файл открывается либо ни одного файла не открыто (MDI)

* HeaderInfo: (P)MDI mode support (beta)
* HeaderInfo: Show AkelPad props only if file is opening or no file opened (MDI)

! Исправлено падение программы, когда плагин выгружался, а резидентная функция все еще была активна

! Fixed app crash bug when plugin was unloaded even if resident function was still active
