1. Dowload latest English.rc file from:
Code:
http://akelpad.cvs.sourceforge.net/*checkout*/akelpad/akelpad/AkelFiles/Langs/Resources/English.rc

2. Replace strings in English.rc quoted with " symbol with your language.

How to generate a DLL file?

To generate DLL you need Visual C++.

I have Visual C 6.0.
How to generate only with a *.rc FILE? Embarassed
I have some pactice with VC6.0 Crying or Very sad

I have read some resource code and I know how to generate the DLL now.
