the notepad can open no-bom unicode files correctly ,and another editers also can open this files.
i think AkelPad should be able to open it in the future  |

| AkelPad detect UTF-16LE and UTF-16BE without BOM, but not UTF-8. |

but when i open the no-BOM unicode 16 files
it tell me "the file is a binary file,continue?"
it should be a bug ,then i hope AkelPad can open no-BOM UTF-8 files  |
