In every program I can find, the filename comes first in the title. That is because the last part of the title is frequently cut off. The icon makes it obvious that the application is akelpad; the filename conveys more useful information.
For example, if there are 6 akelpad windows open, and the taskbar says "Akelpad - [..." for all of them, I must manually open them one by one to find the file I want. A more useful title would be "%filename [%path to filename]", or "%filename - AkelPad". The path is generally not too useful but it occasionally helps distinguish between files of the same name. |

| You can have multiple windows open in PMDI and MDI modes also. And even when there's only a single file open, it's still beneficial to see the filename. |
