| I would like to translate AkelPad to my native, Polish language. Could you please tell me what and how should I do to do that? I can translate not only main program, but also other part of AkelPad (help, installer...). Just tell me what and how. |

1. Dowload latest English.rc file from:
| Code: | | http://akelpad.cvs.sourceforge.net/*checkout*/akelpad/akelpad/AkelFiles/Langs/Resources/English.rc |
2. Replace strings in English.rc quoted with " symbol with your language. |

Compiled language module and rc:
http://akelpad.sourceforge.net/files/langs/Polish.zip
If you want to correct some strings, use the rc file inside archive.
P.S.
Also write your info instead of "© 2008 Shengalts Aleksander aka Instructor" |

Polish translation does not fit in the window (AkelPad 4.5.4).
Instructor, can you increase the bit width of the window? |

The wording is too long. Maybe "myszy" can be ommited as it does in English and Russian variants. |

OK, I adjust the translation to the width of window.
You can make the following changes:
"Right click moves caret"
"Prawy klik przesuwa kursor"
"Line gap"
"Odstęp wierszy" |

Some of the descriptions yet do not fit on the buttons.
I guess, that descriptions can not be shortened.
Instructor, can you expand a little buttons? |
